E Classroom
What is an E Classroom??
E classrooms are becoming more and more popular. They are educations future. Technology is changing the world everyday so of course it is changing out classrooms. E classrooms provide a virtual way to learn. Students can collaborate, view lectures, communicate, and do various activities all online. E classrooms can expose students to things they would not be exposed to in a traditional classroom. E classrooms can allow students to learn without having to be in an actual classroom how ever classroom meetings can still exist with E classrooms. Not having to go to class can be beneficial for some students. For example, if a students has health problems, if a student trains long hours for a sport, or if students travel they are still able to get the education they need. One downfall to E classroom is that students need to take on more responsibility for their learning as well as have good time management skills. Another downfall is the lack of face to face social interaction.
ADDIE Model
The ADDIE model is a framework used in project design and development. ADDIE stands for Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. This is the framework our ED308 course was designed with as well as the framework we used when creating our own course. Below are some videos we were given to further explain the ADDIE process.
Blog Post from ED308In the ED308 course we created blog post to state what we have learned, how we were going to take what we learned and apply it to how we created our course, and to communicate with classmates.
